Our Cosy Bed and Breakfast Pub in Pembrokeshire
The Salutation Inn is a 16th century coaching inn which has been tastefully modernised to give 21st century comfort to our guests. The original parts of the old inn now blend perfectly with the modern and well appointed bed and breakfast accommodation, bars, and spacious restaurant.
Ideal Base for Attractions & Activities
The Inn with its 8 comfortable bed & breakfast rooms is an ideal base for local leisure activities such as walking the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path and Preseli Hills. Cycling, bird watching, fishing and horse riding are also available locally. All major attractions in both Pembrokeshire and Cardiganshire are within a short drive or bus ride from the Inn.
Peaceful and Quiet Surroundings
If your visit is simply to relax and take in the country air, we are able to offer you a quiet, relaxing haven, well away from the pressures of life. The Inn is tucked away in the sleepy village of Felindre Farchog with the crystal clear meandering River Nevern winding its way alongside our Inn. There is also a nice woodland walk from the Inn that leads to St Brynach’s Church at Nevern, famous for its Celtic Cross and bleeding Yew trees.
Bars and Restaurant
We have two bars, full of olde worlde charm and country atmosphere with a full range of fine ales to choose from. Bar snacks and a main bar menu are available throughout the day. In addition, we have specials boards when we like to try new dishes and test out their popularity. Please be sure to reserve a table for meals before travelling as we do get very busy, especially during the summer months.
